Travel service provider - Corporate Travel Management
Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is the travel services provider to parliamentarians and their staff and must be used when booking travel. They offer end-to-end travel solutions 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year via their mobile app, proprietary online system and customer-oriented consultants and account managers.
The Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority contracted CTM to provide travel management services to meet your official travel needs.

CTM’s travel consultants are based in Australia and available to take your bookings 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
CTM mobile app and smart portal
You can manage your travel online using CTM’s mobile app and smart portal. To access the CTM mobile app and smart portal you need a Travel Profile Number (TPN).
To start using the CTM mobile app and smart portal, please request an account. Your single account allows you to use both the CTM smart portal and the CTM mobile app.
CTM mobile phone app
With the CTM mobile app you can use your mobile phone to book flights, accommodation, car hire and more.
Features and functions
- Create your new travel bookings, including flights, hotel and car hire arrangements.
- Please note, to update existing bookings, please contact a CTM consultant at ipea@travelctm.com or phone 1800 187 584.
- View new or amended itinerary information within the mobile app including any bookings made online or via a CTM consultant.
- Link your Outlook calendar to keep your itineraries coordinated from the mobile app to your calendar (available through the ‘Calendar Connect’ function, in ‘Settings’).
- Receive notifications such as gate changes and flight updates.
- Check in using the mobile app as it integrates with all major airlines.
Getting started
To start using the CTM mobile app, please request an account. If you have already set up an account to use CTM’s smart portal, just use the same account details.
To get the CTM mobile app, download it from iPhone’s app store or Google Play.

Manage your travel online.
Functions and features
- Manage your new and existing bookings.
- Create your new travel bookings, including flights, hotel and car hire arrangements.
- Please note, to update existing bookings, please contact a CTM consultant at ipea@travelctm.com or phone 1800 187 584.
- View online bookings made (bookings made with a consultant do not display on the desktop portal at this stage).
- Use the fare forecaster feature to explore the travel dates at the best price.
- Request seating on flights.
- Note: The online booking tool does not reflect updated itineraries. Current itineraries are provided by CTM via email and reflected in the CTM mobile app.
