New travel service provider—Corporate Travel Management (CTM)
On 1 January 2022, Corporate Travel Management (CTM) commenced as the travel service provider for Members of Parliament, their staff, and former parliamentarians.
All travel bookings must be made through CTM. Any existing bookings with Flight Centre Management (FCM) will need to be managed directly with FCM. CTM is unable to assist with bookings made with FCM.

About CTM
CTM is an Australian-based provider of travel management solutions. They offer end-to-end travel solutions 24/7, 365 days per year via their mobile app, proprietary online system and customer-oriented consultants and account managers. Initially, CTM will accept bookings over the phone and online.
On 1 January 2022, CTM became the contracted travel service provider. Please make all travel bookings with CTM.
Booking domestic travel
CTM is the travel service provider for Members of Parliament, their Staff and former parliamentarians.

If you need to travel soon and don’t have a travel profile number, please ask your office manager for your office’s general travel profile number.
CTM accepts travel bookings 24/7, 365 days of the year.
Booking international travel
You may book international travel with CTM by calling them or booking online.
To book international travel with CTM:
- Call 1800 187 584 or email
- Provide your travel profile number or the general travel profile number from your office
- Give CTM your travel requirements
- Provide IPEA’s International Team with your approval* to travel international
- Receive confirmation of your booking
*please refer to the International Travel section on IPEA’s website to understand the different types of international travel, the limitations and the approvals required.
Note: CTM cannot issue tickets for international travel until IPEA receives the required approvals.
