First, select the Certify Expenditure Reports tile.
Select the Reporting Period drop down to view available reporting periods.
Locate and select the relevant reporting period you wish to review.
The Summary tab provides a high level overview of payments and invoices for the reporting period.
Repayments are not included in the Summary view and only appear in the Repayments tab.
Payments, invoices and repayments for the reporting period are grouped by categories.
Sub-category is the default view level for each tab.
You can expand or collapse the View Level by selecting an option from the drop down.
For example, selecting Category collapses the view to the category level.
You can also manually expand and collapse via the toggle options.
Selecting a sub-category on the Summary tab will open the corresponding category tab.
For example, selecting Official Duties takes you to Domestic Travel.
You can also select any category tab.
On a category tab, use the toggle options to expand to the transaction details.
Note: The Reference, Supplier and Non-Publishable Notes information is provided to assist with your reviewing. They won’t be included in the published report.
To assist you in reviewing your expenditure report, check boxes are provided.
You can use these to identify what has been reviewed.
Use of these check boxes is optional.
You can mark the check boxes at the transaction level.
Checking a higher level box will auto check all others below.
You can save these checkmarks by selecting the Save button.
To view additional information for your own expenses, or expenses created by you select the Reference hyperlink.
This will open a new browser window with further details.
