Reporting
An expenditure report includes expenses for current and former parliamentarians. The data is considered to be an accurate statement of expenses paid, invoices raised and repayments made by parliamentarians and staff. Transactions will appear in the expenditure reporting period in which they were paid, noting this may be different to the actual date travel was undertaken.
IPEA publishes the information for each reporting period on data.gov.au approximately one week after expenditure reports are published on the IPEA website.

Current and former parliamentarians’ expenditure on work expenses paid by the Department of Parliamentary Services is published on the Department of Parliamentary Services website.
